    Genius! This is Beach Body genius. I’ve tried and hated Yoga several times. But I just finished week 2 of this program and I’m really liking it. The reason is the 30 minute classes. In a full Yoga class, you are doing stretches, core, balance, etc. for an hour or longer. If you are not quite in tune with the whole “practice” idea, it’s a very frustrating experience.
