    wayyyyy harder than original insanity!!! Did 2 rounds of insanity before buying this DVD. and WOW! Going all out for as long as you can is sooooooo much different pacing yourself. Your heart rate goes way up. I found myself on the floor completely tanked after maxing out at 16mins. AND THIS IS ONLY DAY 1/the easiest workout!!!!!I would recommend this product for people who are in really good shape..If your on the fence, you should probably start with the original insanity.     I love Insanity Max 30 I love Insanity Max 30! All the work outs are 30 minutes long which is the perfect amount of time in the morning or in the evening to get my exercise in.
