    Great workout but too much editing I already workout 4 days a week and decided to add some new exercises to my regular schedule. I did the 21 Day Transformation first and really enjoyed it so I thought I’d give this one a try. I still did my regular workout and added these sessions daily since most hover around the 15-20 minute range and they have some recovery/release days included. Although I still felt like I got a good workout, I’m rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of them didn’t include a warm up or cool down…
