    Buy this while you are still young. I bought this because I wanted a tone up dvd that could be done in a resonable amount of time. I already do cardio on a daily basis. I am in reasonable good health but I found this video hard and it lacked a way to show how the older client could use the video. I really felt no modifictions were shown for the out of shape client, or older client. And this was very misleading when it said fit after 40 I assumed it would show modifications for the over 40 crowd. I am 62 some of the dvd can be…

    Looks like an effective system I have not actually tried the workouts yet due to an injury, however, I have reviewed all of them. Though I am not a workout novice, I am closer to 70 than 60 and some of the moves I know will prove quite challenging.Note: the DVD only plays the workouts, ie. there are no introductory remarks. I wish there were more modifications offered.Edit: I now have done 3 of the segments for one workout. As I suspected, some of the moves were very difficult for me. I had to…
